No. In most cases you do not need to create an account. You can simply submit your request using the link provided by your property manager.

Once you submitted your request, we will have communicated to you via email. Search for “Tapi” in your email inbox and your job updates will appear.

Urgent repairs are issues that pose a safety risk, cause significant damage, or make the property unsafe or uninhabitable. Examples include: • Burst water pipes • Gas leaks • Electrical faults or power failure • Flooding or major water leaks • Blocked or broken toilets (if it is the only toilet in the property) • Serious roof leaks • Faults with heating during cold weather If you experience an urgent repair, please contact our office or the emergency maintenance contact immediately.

Non-urgent repairs are issues that do not pose an immediate safety risk but still require attention. Examples include: • Dripping taps • Minor appliance issues • Loose door handles or cupboard fittings • Small cracks or cosmetic issues • Slow draining sinks These types of repairs should be submitted through Tapi and will be arranged as soon as possible.

Yes. Tapi is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can submit a maintenance request at any time.
