When signing a lease agreement you will be required to pay the first months rent and the security deposit. In most cases the security deposit will also be one months rent but you should check with us to confirm this. We use MyConnect to help tenants connect their utilities. While this service is optional, it can save time by helping you arrange electricity, gas, water, internet and other services in one call. For some properties, you may need to contact the Owners Corporation directly.This is usually the case where the property is part of an embedded energy network. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Urgent maintenance usually includes issues affecting safety, security or essential services, such as serious leaks, major electrical faults, or a property that cannot be secured. If the problem happens after hours, follow the urgent maintenance guidance on our website first. If there is an immediate threat to safety, contact emergency services straight away.

Use the Report Maintenance page and submit the request through the maintenance form with as much detail as possible. Include photos where you can, because that helps our team and trades understand the issue faster. For urgent problems, read the urgent maintenance instructions first before submitting.

The notice you need to give will depend on your rental agreement and circumstances. Please contact our property team as early as possible before your intended move-out date so we can confirm the required notice period, explain the process and advise of any applicable fees.
