Getting quick sales is vitally important to any developer. There are a number of different types of sales and different ways to get them. "Off Market" and "Retail" are the most common and there is a correct time for each.

Having reverse engineered the sales process gives us a much more successful platform to launch a sales campaign. With a clearly defined target market it is easier to market to the purchasers leading to quicker sale down rates and increased profits.

I will research the market finding the most suitable agents. I will then interview the best, request appraisals and help you negotiate the best commission and marketing fees. This is a free service as I share my commission with the agent. I will be able to save you money.

Before you purchase or design your next development it is important to carefully research the market place. There are many factors that influence the best use of a site and getting this right is crucial to netting a great result.

The lands size, shape and zoning should be considered. The demographics, competition and most importantly the supply and demand should all be reviewed. In most cases this summary will help identify a suitable brand and create sales strategy that will get results.
